The Governance Committee is a committee headed by one of the sitting Officers/Directors, with an odd number of members, and chartered with the following activities:
- It is a source for seeking clarification/interpretation of the Governing Documents (Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Covenants/Deed Restrictions) of the subdivision.
- Providing guidance and direction to the property management company on the enforcement of the Bylaws and Covenants/Deed Restrictions.
- Developing and proposing any changes to the Governing Documents, ensuring they all stay aligned with each other.
